ZA /ZE series petrochemical process pump is designed according to the specifications of API610 (OH1, OH2)
These four series are characterized by the same hydraulic performance and bearing components.

Structural Features
—ZA pumps Adopt the foot support and closed impeller, with the design pressure of 2.5Mpa, suitable for general industrial process. (API610 OH1 pump type);.
—ZAO pumps Adopt the foot support and open or semi-open impeller, with design pressure of 2.5Mpa, applicable to conveying all kinds of residue slurry and mediums containing particles. (API610 OH1 pump type) The hydraulic power of the series pump, selected from and improved on the base of excellent hydraulic models, enlarges the inlet caliber of pump impeller, lowers the flow rate at inlet, enhances the anti-cavitation performance and working efficiency, increases the corrosion margin of pump casing and impeller, and prolongs the service life of pump.
—Standard modularization design
—The back pull-out design enables the bearing pedestal including impeller and shaft seal to be removed with the volute casing left in position
—Shaft sealed by cartridge mechanial seal + API flushing plans.ISO 21049/API682 seal chamber accommodates multiple seal types
—The pumps with outlet diameter bigger than DN 80 (3”) are provided with double volute casings
—High radial load roller bearing. Back-to-back angular contact bearings handle axial loads
—ZAO/ZEO open impeller and adjustable bearing carrier easily allow impeller clearance adjustement for high hydraulic efficiency and slurry applications
—The pump rotation is clockwise viewing from the drive end
—Jack screws (motor side) for an easier alignment setting
—Bearing lubrication and cooling options:Oil mist / Fan cooling
Applications and Function
It is mainly used in oil refineries, petrochemical industry, cryogenic engineering, mining industry, chemical fiber and general industrial processes, power plants, large and medium-sized heating and air conditioning unit, environmental engineering, offshore industries and desalination plants, etc.
And able to transport all kinds of clean liquid or liquid containing a small amount of particles, low/high temperature liquid, and neutral or corrosive liquid.
